Project Overview

This project consisted of the ground-up construction of a new urgent care facility with an additional speculative tenant space. The building features wood-framed construction enhanced with masonry and architectural metal panel veneers. Site improvements included a new concrete parking lot, landscaping, exterior signage, and site lighting.
