Project Overview

This project included construction of a 12,826 SF single-story and mezzanine-level masonry and steel structure clad in architectural metal siding and stone veneer. Key elements include a standing-seam metal roof, light-gauge steel trusses, security-grade doors and glazing, and durable finishes throughout holding cells, dispatch, control center, and sheriff’s department offices. Site improvements included a concrete parking lot and concrete retainage walls.
