Project Overview

This project consisted of the ground-up construction of a new drive-thru coffee shop. The building features wood-frame construction with a fiber-cement façade, membrane roofing, polished concrete floors, and durable FRP interior wall finishes. Exterior improvements included a new concrete parking lot and landscaping. The project required close coordination with the owner’s vendors to ensure seamless turnover.
