Project Overview

This project consisted of constructing a new 44,850 SF office and manufacturing facility. The work included lime-stabilized building pads, new access roads, parking areas, and a single-slope pre-engineered metal building with a 27′ eave height. Interior improvements included a two-story office build-out and installation of a two-ton bridge crane with a 180′ runway.
