Barry Callebaut – Coconut Oil Tank Enclosure & Penthouse

Project Overview

This project involved constructing a custom structural steel enclosure for the facility’s coconut-oil tanks, clad with insulated metal panels and topped with a membrane roofing system. A new three-level penthouse structure was also built within the existing plant to support food-grade process platforms. The work required isolating and shutting down portions of the active production area to safely build through the existing structure with minimal disruption.
