Project Overview

This project was delivered in two summer-phase sequences. Phase 1 included roof membrane replacement, precast panel sealing and painting, floor tile abatement, flooring and ceiling replacement, selective demolition, science lab renovations, MEP upgrades, and full reconstruction of four restrooms. Phase 2 included a 3,300 SF weight room addition, further abatement, complete demolition and reconstruction of locker room and restroom areas, and updated finishes, casework, and flooring across additional school spaces.
