Project Overview
Multiple ground-up project deliveries of tenant shell buildings, along with over 10 TI buildouts and counting. Site improvements included concrete paving, site utilities, and landscaping. Exterior building finishes include stone and brick veneer, TPO or EPDF low slop roof, EIFS, and aluminum storefront windows. Interior finishes and mechanical systems vary from tenant to tenant, with typical office, restaurant, and medical clinic finishes in most units.
